There is no limit to the number of questions members can ask

We will initially attempt to resolve the problem via our help channel

If the issue persists we will hop on a call in order to screen share with the member

Members have access to a Magento expert 24/7

During regular business hours (9-6 / Mon-Fri) members can expect a response within 1 hour

Outside of regular business hours (9-6 / Mon-Fri) we will endeavour to respond within a similar timeframe but may take up to 4 hours
